Housing + in Yeni Mahalle, Kayseri

   Based on my observations in Yenimahalle, I observed that there are gardens in every house, which made me think why there should be gardens in an apartment where people can plant. it can also increase time spent in the gardens and communication between neighbors. Many children do not know the growing process of plants. I have 3 different house types. these are 1+1, 2+1 and duplex apartments. The gardens can be used as greenhouses in winter. In addition to these, I observed that the houses in Yenimahalle houses have expansions and I wanted to use the strong effect this creates on the facade of the building in my own building. Plus, I chose the gym because a gym open to everyone, young and old, can work very well.
