UNION HOUSES

 In my design, I primarily used sun analysis to find my shape, and according to this analysis, I decided on my floor heights. the first thing I clearly observed in my design, which I started using analyses, is that everyone spends time with their own age group and their surroundings in general in this neighborhood, which is home to people from many different types of life. I wanted to design a place where these people with different experiences could combine in a space and spend time together, so that's how I decided on the union that is my concept. at the same time, I supported this idea by creating an axis in my design for different groups of people coming from the square. While creating this axis, I aimed to make the path that people will follow by making use of the landscape layout and to pass through the space I designed. In addition, while trying to achieve this combination, I wanted to support it with the cafe, which is my plus activity. Thanks to the cafe I designed, a place where people in the neighborhood can chat and drink coffee has been formed. For the residential parts, I progressed from my concept and created a terrace that everyone in the house can use for different purposes, for example, I created an area with desks for those who want to use this area for work, and a place with seats and tables for those who want to sit with their friends or guests. At the same time, I wanted to ensure that every person in the residences can reach this space easily by using a bridge between the residences. In this way, I wanted to design spaces that would help people to use together, spend time together and be united.
