First of all, I went to Yenimahalle and made a general site and people analysis. There was a youth density due to its proximity to the university. Therefore, I interviewed young people living in Yenimahalle. In my interviews with young people, I mostly heard that a cafe atmosphere to hang out with friends is generally lacking. Based on this, I designed an apartment with a housing+ cafe with a picnic concept. young people had the opportunity to both have a cafe environment and picnic.

My design idea is in the form of a vertically perpendicular main circulation and zigzags prism traveling around it. As you can see from my design proposal, there is both a forward change and a sideways movement.

In addition, the apartment consists of a studio, two '1+1', two '2+1', and one '3+1', 9 flats in total and is approximately 1100 square meters. in addition, I placed my apartments according to sun analysis. I put the living room and kitchen where people spend most of their time on the south side, and the bedrooms on the north side where we spend less time with less light.
