The young and working population of this region is very high, which also affects the New Neighborhood, where university and job opportunities are quite high. Even though my main focus is to attract the attention of the young population, which covers a high density, of course, I did not forget other age groups and gave them the necessary focus. As a result of my research, I came to the conclusion that one of the main desires of the young population is actually a place where they can get away from the work environment, where they can distract themselves, have fun and spend time with their friends. In this issue, I examined the use of areas close to the site and their relationship with the environment, because the relationship with the environment is one of the points that can bring my idea to the fore. The fact that the area is at a central point and that it is easy to reach from almost every point by public transport and road shows that it can be easily reached from here. Thanks to the playground in the Plus section and also the restaurant area, I thought that I could easily invite both young people and other age groups to this area. In addition, I created a living space where people with different needs can live, with 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 and also duplexes and a minimum of 4 apartment types. When I started to find a form for the region in general, I tried to find a form where the houses on all floors could benefit from the sun easily and invite people to their homes as soon as they saw them. Since both facades are open and the buildings on the other two facades are close to each other, when deciding on the facade design, I designed a facade cladding that will not be visible even if you look inside, but the people living in it can easily see outside. In addition, I tried to prevent not only the private area but also the interior of the houses from burning by breaking the angle of sunlight during the day. Thanks to the harmony of the building with the area, I can both gather people and present peace to the living people.
