At the beginning of the project, an area analysis was made, and the direction of the building was decided. When creating the form, analyzes were used to define solid and empty spaces and to decide on the use of green space. The analyzes were effective in determining the direction of the building as well as the location of the rooms while creating the Plans. After it was decided that the basic form would be rectangular, shifts were made on the rectangular volume, inspired by the environment, with aesthetic concerns. Later, the number of rectangular forms was increased as a design decision. It is planned to take the vertical sintering to the center point and to put a circle on both sides from there. sports activity is positioned on the side of the plot facing the main road. While vertical prisms were used in the general form, it was aimed to separate the living spaces from each other by using the horizontal form in this customized area. As a result of the analysis, it was understood that there were many people with different lives in Yenimahalle. As a result, houses were created for different types of people. The house plans are in 3 different styles (plus duplex) and aim to appeal to different types of people and families. In the landscaping of the house, privacy was provided by using rows of trees surrounding the house. Right next to the entrance of the apartment, a private meeting area for the residents and then the back garden were created. For Yenimahalle residents, it has always been aimed to appeal to young, middle-aged, and old people. In these houses, people with different lifestyles such as nuclear family and extended family can live alone or with people from different occupational groups such as students, tradesmen, and civil servants.
