STUDY STATION AND HOUSING 

After I finished my analysis, I decided that my design should be aimed at students because, despite the high schools and university in the region, there was no place for students to spend time. In addition, many students struggle to find affordable and suitable housing. 

  In my design, I have included a multi-purpose area for events like conference, seminar and fair etc., study area for students, rooms for group studies. There is also a residential area with houses in 3 different plan types. The fact that the buildings next to the design area do not have very distinctive features and the fact that they are intended to be used rather than beauty with the effect of the period when they were built, in a way guided me in terms of my method of creating the form for my design. While creating the form of my design, I wanted this diversity of purpose in the building to be reflected outside, so I ensured that the diversity of plans inside the building showed itself outside. In addition, I aimed to distinguish different parts of the building when viewed from the outside, by using different materials in the parts of the design that serve different purposes.
