One of the main purposes of the design is to design living spaces using different plan types. While there are socialization spaces on the ground floor, there are living spaces in 3+1, 2+1 and 1+1 plan types on the upper floors. It was not preferred to put a living space on the ground floor, instead, a common area that can be used by the residents of the apartment building and a socializing area open to the public were added. There is a café as an additional function and it is foreseen that socialization in Yenimahalle will increase with the open-air cinema function of the café.
