This is a commercial residential project in Yenimahalle in Kayseri, Turkey that is composed of 5 blocks connected by a bridge with a dynamic aesthetic appearance. During the site analysis, it was taken into consideration the aesthetic appearance of the buildings, the façade, and the neighborhood grid. One critical issue about the neighborhood is the irregular unappealing height difference caused by new residential buildings in a 2/3-storey house neighborhood. The design dynamically solved this issue by having numerous short blocks that can still accommodate many people without interrupting the neighborhoods c characteristics.

The design achieves a symmetric and asymmetric balance between buildings by using subtraction, connectivity, and shifting. The residential blocks add up to 5 apartments with different compositions of ( Large apartments in 2 blocks area connected with a private courtyard, small apartments in one block only, Large apartments in 2 blocks area, and one side duplex with a private courtyard), a gym, a garden with a fountain, benches, greenery, and swings. The whole residential units accommodate up to 16 people easily and can fit more accordingly.

The commercial side of this project is also decided according to the neighborhood's needs. Since many university and school students live in this neighborhood, there is a critical need for a comfy public area for studying. Therefore, a students’ café is designed with all needs possible. The café comprises an open sitting area, a small area for breaks and video games, a computer lab, and a private meeting room other than normal café needs.
