As a result of the analyzes we made in Yenimahalle neighborhood, it was determined that there is no theater in the region. When the demographic structure is examined, it is seen that the population consists of elderly, civil servants and students. In line with these analyzes, the need for a place where the design should appeal to these people, bring them together and socialize was seen. The designed social area provides cafe services during the day and theater service in the evenings. Thus, it was thought to be used by university students and locals in the neighborhood at convenient times. From the student perspective, it has been seen that more social areas are needed. It has also been observed that there is no parking lot in the Yenimahalle neighborhood. That's why the parking lot is designed in landscape design.

It is seen that the lower floors of the buildings in Yenimahalle neighborhood are commercial and the upper floors are residential, and it is aimed to continue this texture in my own land area.

In line with this analysis and needs, a theater cafe and residence were planned. There are 9 flats with 6 different modules and a socializing area in the project.

Yenimahalle is mostly a residential area. There are two open facades in the given project area due to the campuses. Therefore, at the design stage, rooms such as circulation areas, bedrooms and bathrooms were considered to be placed on the facades facing the buildings. The intersection point of the facing facades was bent to face both sides, creating a curvelinear facade.
