Housing + in Yeni Mahalle, Kayseri

Aim of the Project is to create a meeting point for people with open and green areas. The Project includes tree floor for residential, a cafe and a green roof for social service. A green cultivating area which is only specialized for the house owners. The project brings people together in both the sitting areas in the garden and the green areas on the building and provides socialization. People who are leaving the cafe can use the garden and the upper part of the cafe as an area where they can continue their activities. As a consequence every part of the building is valued as an active usage from all Yeni Mahalle people.

From site analyses gardens and building location is decided. The direction of the building was positioned to meet the Yeni mahalle square to attrack people to Project area.
