Housing + in Yeni Mahalle, Kayseri

The fact that there are schools and a student village around the site affected my concentration on students. As a plus function, there is a book cafe that students can use. The cafe is divided into two parts as a working area and a cafe. My Residences is a 3-storey building formed by combining 5 different plan types, 1+0 temporary and 1+1, two different types 2+1 and 3+1 permanent. There are 3 entrances to the site, one of them is the parking lot entrance and the other is from the main street. On the 2nd and 3rd floors of the apartment there is a common balcony with exit from the corridor. There is also a close common area located on the 3rd floor. Housing units have decreased and increased to a certain extent or sometimes a new unit has been formed with the combination of two units, so I named it modular housing. When you enter the site, a transition from the public area to the privacy is provided and tried to provide more privacy by making the cafe separate from the residences.
