Housing + in Yeni Mahalle, Kayseri

The project is in the concept of House+Art academy. It is close to the new neighborhood square. The reason why the building was designed leaning against the back corner of the land is to attract people to the exhibition areas. On the façade, cladding glass was used on the stone cladding. In the building, large terraces were designed to spread Hosue+Art from the art academy to the whole building. These terraces allow people to grow plants, find an area where they can do their hobbies and also socialize. on the ground floor, there are 3 gazebos for sitting and 3 parking spaces for vehicles. The reason why the parking lot is small is that there is a public car park right across the project plot. There is a public walking area on the project site because there is an open-air museum and an exhibition of artifacts in the showcases. There is an art academy on the ground floor. The art academy has an exhibition area, WC, instructor's room, warehouse, and also piano, drums, sculpture, and painting workshops. The building entrance to the apartments was made 50 cm high to prevent flooding and to make the height of the ground floor 400 cm high (the other 50 cm was solved in the stairs). floor concepts: 

On the first floor, there are 2 terraces and 1 3+1, 2 2+1, and 1 1+1 flats. 

There are 3 terraces and 1 2+1 and 2 3+1 flats on the 2nd floor. 

There are 3 terraces and 2 3+1 flats on the 3rd floor.
