Housing + in Yeni Mahalle, Kayseri

There is no comprehensive beauty center in Yeni Mahalle. The ground floor of the building has both a beauty center and a shop. A more softened version of the solid rectangular view of the new quarter is used for the design.  With the curves on the sides, movement is provided on the front. A circulation is created inside the area because with the transportation between the two streets. While the residents of the house can reach quickly from the parking lot, customers come from the street. Movement is created with gradually decreasing masses.

While there is a rhythmic movement between the mass decreases, this is disrupted by indentations and protrusions in some places, making it more mobile.

The vertical panels used on the façade of the building emphasize the circularity both on the surface and in the edges. The design, which was designed starting from the square, eventually moved away from the square and steepness by having soft lines.
