Architectural thought and craftsmanship are always at the forefront of today's constructions. In fact, the basis for all of this is the pre-construction analysis.

The factor that makes the analysis so important is that the construction to be built is suitable for the environment, meets the needs and is designed accordingly.

As a result of the synthesis and research I made in my Yenimahalle project, I decided that Yenimahalle was sufficient in terms of health and that it was now a necessity.

As a result of my analysis, the population age density of Yenimahalle is over 40. Studies in the field of health say that over the age of 40, joint and bone disorders increase significantly.

For this reason, I designed a physiotherapy clinic and social housing for my project area.

In the design phase, I took nature and green as a concept for myself, which I think is very relevant to health. I wanted to use green and nature elements both in the clinic and in the housing and landscaping, and to make people adopt that the house is not just about accommodation.

Of course, I also made the architectural requirements such as wet areas, elevator and stair layout, and additionally carrier layouts.

In exterior and building form design, thanks to the possibilities of my concept, I positioned the wooden facade cladding and the field form in my project. Among the 2 different constructions, the walking path, green areas and sitting areas that I designed for the residents took their place in the project within the concept.
