Although it appeals to a large mass, we can observe that there is no living space in the area for university students. Because the university library closed early and there was limited space to study in, i wanted to create a venue where both university students and students from other degrees could study and interact. In order to preserve the region's local culture, there is also a residential portion that caters to both families and students.
