The population in the Hürriyet neighborhood is primarily composed of adult men, with women typically fulfilling the role of homemakers. Additionally, the neighborhood's overall income level indicates a need for support. To address this situation and create employment opportunities for women, I have established a communal kitchen and a designated area for selling prepared meals in social housing. Workshops have also been established for women to participate in handicrafts, and a designated sales area has been allocated for them to sell their crafted products.

The building's design takes into consideration the crowded nature of the main road in the Hürriyet neighborhood and ensures that residents are not directly affected. The northeast facade is designed with an upwardly increasing functional form to provide the necessary light and visual space for the opposite facade. This design minimizes the building's impact on the residents.

There are three types of apartments in the building. The first type is designed for a family of five, including one elderly person and two children. It features a 50-square-meter upper floor and a 50-square-meter lower floor. The lower floor is designed to accommodate the daily needs of the elderly person and the daytime activities of other family members. The upper floor is designed for the family's nighttime activities and to fulfill their needs, including toilet and bathroom facilities.

The second type of plan is tailored for a nuclear family with two children and includes a 40-square-meter lower floor and a 40-square-meter upper floor. In this floor plan, the lower level is designed for daytime activities, while the upper level is designated for bedrooms and meeting toilet and bathroom needs.

The third plan type is a single-story design intended for a single person, offering a 40-square-meter space.
