This project is a housing project designed for people coming from outside the city to work in the Organized Industrial Zone, under the supervision of the needs of the area. According to statistics, it has been determined that these people are young-middle aged and want to live alone. The project has facilities and services under the "collectivity" concept. There is a common area for social interactions, events and shared activities for workers. For employees who cannot find time due to the busy work environment, there is a market and greengrocer on the ground floor. There is also a hall where they can hold meetings or watch movies. There is a cuisine workshop area with an open kitchen concept between the book cafe concept cafe and restaurant created for relaxation.

The project, which has 8 different types of common green terraces, also has a gym open to common use on the top floor. Skylights are designed for the flats located in the middle of the floor. There are solar shading composite panels on the facade of the project. There are 3 different seating areas in the garden area; There is a dense green area designed for market-cafe employees, another area designed for the residents of the site, and a large green area where the residents can host their guests.

The project took its form according to the grid system based on the dominant axes of the Hürriyet neighborhood. There is also a closed car park on the basement floor where all site residents can place their cars. In the project, all details have been carefully considered and a living space beyond a comfortable residence has been designed..
