Housing + in Hürriyet, Kayseri

The concept is concordia. Concordia means harmony. Creating harmony is main idea behind this project. This project aims to create harmony between people from different age groups by the plus function which is education center and create a harmony between buildings by its form.

The education center does not serve a regular education. It aims to bring together elderly people and children. They are similar in a lot of way. So, while elderly people teaches new things to the children, also they can spend qualify time. Of course, there will be teachers too. There will be different activities. For example, in our site, hürri̇yet, most of the elderly people do not know how to read or write. They can learn at education center. Also, there will be small gardens which elderly people can each to kids how to plant and also kids can play here.

For housing, it aims to serve people comfortable living. It has 3 different units. These are simply 48 m^2, 64 m^2 and 80 m^2 houses.
