The proposed Project is located nearby Cengiz Topel St. İn Hürriyet. The overall building heights are not so height in order to respect to environment. For all that, general form came up with the idea of centralization. Moreover, buildings look like hugging to area. Because as the landscape, aim was to make a prominent centre and landmark for area.

 

Consisting of two interconnected buildings linked by terraces the Project encompasses a total of 10 homes, categorized into three primary unit types. The first is a studio home covering approximately 45 square meters, designed for couples o elderly residents. The second is a 60 square meter dwelling suitable for typical family need, featuring two bedrooms. The third is a duplex home spanning nearly 135 square meters, tailored for extended families. Despite having common terraces, there are spaces to socialize between neighbour n each flat. Plus, function idea is coming from the children’s and flexible areas. Conceptual word was the ‘TinyTrove Hub’. With this word, emphasizing the value of children. There are several schools and dormitories around close environments. That’s why improving the conditions for their education, and socializing was the main idea. A different form experience was used to emphasize the plus function and it was positioned high to avoid blocking the lower passage between the two buildings. 

 

The entrances of plus function and buildings are located on narrow street in order to separate from crowded of site area. In terms of landscape, while green spaces are incorporated, a significant portion is dedicated to specialized materials that render the area adaptable. This flexibility empowers individuals to customize their surroundings, offering designated areas for play and relaxation across different age groups. Also, the specific thing is cycling on the area because of ground material, riding bicycles is so encouraging. That’s why there are lots of places to ride and park bicycle. While this process, project goal was to make a landmark, used red colour in order to attract people and liveable place.
