The "Housing+" project is a construction initiative that represents an innovative and sustainable approach in the housing sector. This project meets housing needs and aims to support modern living standards by offering a variety of additional advantages and features. This community-oriented design principle is an indispensable feature of the Housing+ project. Social spaces such as common areas, parks, sports facilities and community canters encourage residents to meet, interact and build community. The project offers not only houses but also a living space where residents can interact with each other. Various housing models transform the Housing+ project into a living space that appeals to a wide audience. Different options, from apartments to villas, from social housing to luxury houses, enable everyone to find a house that suits their needs and budget. In addition, the Housing+ project offers its residents an advantage that makes their daily lives easier by being located in an accessible location. Proximity to public transportation, main transportation routes and shopping centres increases the accessibility of the project and improves the quality of life.
In our “Rhetoric Houses” project, we created modern houses by meeting these requirements. Our houses are located in Hürriyet neighbourhood. The purpose of having such a building there is that the intersection points of society are generally outside areas such as parks, gardens and mosques. In this project, we decided to create a housing project with philosophy schools that will create a new culture for the society and contribute to the formation of this culture for future generations with open and semi-open areas and raise high school level children in it. In this way, new culture will be formed and new activities for people will emerge.
So Why Rhetoric Houses?
Rhetorical Triangle is a method of persuasion that originated in ancient Greece. It consists of 3 main parts. These are ethos, pathos and logos. The method in which these three are applied actually becomes the pioneer of innovation and people follow it.The poor social life and economic situation in Hürriyet neighbourhood led us to these three main parts. In this way, RHETORICAL HOUSES are the persuasion of a new beginning. A culture will be created there as a pioneer to the society. ETHOS represents the morality of society.PATHOS represents the emotion of society. LOGOS represents the mind of society.
