Social Gathering Space at Büyükada

The social gathering space project called Histo-Culture Lab, designed in Büyükada, Istanbul, aims to provide interaction with people who cannot reach here through social media, based on historical and cultural values, to examine and unearth the historical and literary values of Büyükada with the archive library, and also to provide cultural food. Thanks to its area, it aims to enable visitors to experience both cooking and tasting these dishes and to convey these values to people with live performances on the stage and open-air concert area. The buildings using the hybrid construction system are designed with masonry stone on the bottom and wooden construction on top. It was designed with a total closed area of 1400 m2 and also has open and semi-open areas.
