Social Gathering Space at Büyükada

This project, carried out in Büyükada, aims to create a sustainable 'gathering space', suitable for the texture of the island, by using wooden materials with traditional methods. RYHTYM festival area, specially designed for various festivals held every month, aims to bring together people from different cultures of the island and visitors from different countries. A multi-purpose hall and reception building with an active green area for various festivals held every month on the island work together with the Lunapark Square, one of the important places of the island. In the inner square created at different levels, there is a restaurant along with an art and cooking workshop where festival activities are held. The inner courtyard or small square positioned at different elevations, with open amphitheater stairs and elevators, provides active use of the space by offering participants a dynamic experience in the landscape.
