Social Gathering Space at Büyükada

Private gardens are taking a big role on this island and flowers are a big part of the Büyükada culture. Residents can bring their flowers or everyone can use flower growth on site. visitors can see, experience and play with all the steps of Büyükada flowers, watching them grow, tasting, making food, smelling, creating scented products such as perfume and potpourri and lastly in artistic ways, with sun print and boiling print. In the design, bold and strong masonry is used to define semi-open areas and entrances. On the other hand, light, permeable traditional wooden walls are used to connect two sides of the walls.
