This design brings together the residents of Büyükada to make, share and eat foods such as bakery products and bread; it is also committed to social responsibility, inclusive design and sustainability through natural construction techniques and materials. The essence of this project is to create a welcoming space that not only pleases the palate but also contributes positively to society and the environment. This design serves every day of the year, providing all the facilities to prepare bread and bakery products that encourage the residents of Büyükada to come together. In addition, tourists who visit the Büyükada are allowed to experience these tastes and do various activities. In this place, where the materials are supplied locally, the stone masonry system and the wooden frame system were used together as the construction technique.
