When we look at the tree community of Büyükada, the common point of all of them, including larch and pine trees, is that they are perfect trees for resin production. Thanks to Japanese resin extraction practices without harming any trees in resin production, there is no need to harm any trees for the resins to be used in the field. While thousands of products were produced based on resin, this area was also turned into a popular area by people, thanks to the tree training in the area and the fields of producing products from the produced resins. While the area has a very suitable potential for square formation, at the same time, the pre-existing larch trees in the area shed light on the resin issue. While many products such as tables and musical instruments can be produced from resin, larch cones also lead us in terms of recycling. Many useful products can be produced from cones, from syrup to jam. Embracing sustainability, resin and larch stand out as champions and are building a future where construction is in harmony with both people and the planet.
