BOTANICAL OUTREACH //ZEYNEP DÄ°LMEN
In this project, I tried that consolidate with nature and human experiences fort he spending time together with hands-on activities. In fact, the reason why I wanted to bring nature and people together with various botanical activities and workshops was developed in our work area, supported by the analyzes we made before starting the project. Because the area we are in is in a large passive green area and is located near the historical aircraft emblem, which is strengthened with axles, and is at a point where I can attract people's attention the most, as well as the organic form and organic form that I have created for botany, supported by sun, wind, green area and human density analyses. I wanted to create my project by balancing it with the possibility of workshops and plant studies, thinking that it would contribute to the development of people in terms of being in touch with nature. Since we have a large working area, I felt free to create a combination both in terms of extension and abstraction for the site I am in, and in the development of my project and also in the formation of the form of my project, and because in such a comfortable area, organic and dispersed forms can both attract attention and be convenient to use. I decided to carry out a project in this way. I aimed to obtain a design that is both directive and effective by using the organic form in the intertwining of closed and semi-open spaces and connecting it with walkways supported by different ground. My aim is to work on a concept and design that is safe, comfortable and in touch with nature by creating a convenient location for the area in terms of transportation and supporting it with food and shopping areas to get more directions, and by supporting both educational and instructive activities in order to provide better quality time for people who come here to spend time. It made me happy. I hope it will make my valuable professors who criticized my project and my friends who observed it happy, too.
