DARE TO CREATE // ECE AYKAN
With this concept, we aim to push the limits of creativity and innovation, each drink is designed as a work of art. The 'Dare to Create' concept aims to not only make drinks but also to create a new and exciting experience for our guests. Our guests are encouraged to go beyond classic recipes to create unique tastes for themselves. It creates a space where you can dare and be the creator of your own taste.
The structure, which serves as a mixology workshop and coffee shop with its entrance overlooking the gastronomy building, is expected to serve as a beverage distribution and sales center at every food and drink event to be held in the future. In this design, there is an amphitheater-like outside seating area for people to sit and spend time (also enjoy the event at event times) while sheltered from the rain or sunlight like climate factors. With its structure it also blends well with the existing sunroofs around to make a harmonious view. The eye-catching, unique double-sloped canopy is designed to attract people to the event area and to increase their sense of imagination.
The design also includes ramps in order to connect disabled and handicapped individuals with the experience of this coffee-mixology hub. Inside the closed area is illuminated with numerous light sources which creates a sense of otherworldly experience for the guests. In this coffee shop experience also includes specifically designed elongated bench-like furniture that enhances the sociability of the inside area while allowing the guests to enjoy the events taking place across the design.
