TASTING WORKSHOP CENTER //DUYGU KARABIYIK
Near the tasting workshop area is the Culinary Arts Center. People often receive professional culinary training here. People can buy and eat these dishes here. Inspired by the concept of this Culinary Arts Center and as a continuation of this building, I designed the tasting workshop that people from all walks of life can attend.
The tasting workshop is a specially designed workshop for those who want to step into the magical world of chocolate, sauces, practical snacks, ice cream and many other delicacies, learn about unique ingredients and make creative designs. Providing an enjoyable and educational experience, this workshop offers participants the opportunity to discover the artistic and structural potential of these flavors.
People of all ages can participate in this workshop, and they can also attend daily or monthly trainings if they wish. At the end of this training, outsiders will be able to taste the prepared meals and purchase them if they wish. The proceeds from these sales will be donated to SMA and orphan children.
This workshop is in the public garden, very close to the main road and easily accessible. Located in a green area and right across from the lavenders, this workshop has a closed area of 40 square meters and a large open area. At the back of this closed area, there is a kitchen and storage area for the officers. There is a training area right after. A spacious environment has been created with its large area and ground level windows. They can watch the beautiful view while cooking and easily see their children playing in the park. There is a tasting and sales area at the entrance. They can eat the food they buy in an open area, in a large, spacious, shady area with a tree in the middle and a lavender garden right in front of it.
As a result, this workshop offers those who want to take a short break from their busy lives the opportunity to cook and acquire a new hobby in a simple and peaceful environment.
