The Youth Up Project is designed to assist residents of Kadıköy who are struggling with unemployment by leveraging technology and design. Additionally, it aims to strengthen the relationships and communication among educators, students, and industry professionals,
who are all stakeholders in addressing this issue. Situated in a prime central location with an excellent view, the project's design is
characterized by its permeable spaces and strong interaction between interior and exterior environments. The design features overlapping floor plans that create a continuous atrium, enhancing spatial fluidity. Public areas, including the exhibition space and cafeteria, are strategically placed on the lower floors. In contrast, areas that require privacy and quiet, such as the creative hub library and the design club, are located on the upper floors. A conference area, designed to host speakers and provide a scenic view, is set apart from the main facade, contributing to the overall dynamism of the design
