Kadıkoy is a place known for its street culture. During the visits to the project areas, it was analyzed that this area has a unique texture. People and locals here are very interested in street arts. Kadıkoy has many workshops and studios owned by local artists. There is a lot of street art such as graffiti, murals and stencils on the walls of cafes, shop shutters and walls. The large number of murals in Kadıköy stands out. There are even events organized by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. But most of these murals were made by foreign artists. At this point, it has been observed that there is a disconnect between local artists and management. Wall Kadıkoy is an organization that will undertake the connection between them and is actually a street where people will experience these arts. Thanks to the exhibition areas here, people will be able to see the works of local artists. Maybe they will contact the artists to buy these works. On some special days, he will even paint his walls and experience some street arts, thanks to the street setting here. Festivals and small-scale concerts can also be held in these streets. The blind wall facing this street will actually be used as a visual newspaper. Murals will be featured to raise people's awareness and reflect public opinion about current events.
