A Hub for International Creative Harmony built as a waterfront architectural wonder, The project aims to promote cultural interaction and artistic collaboration, boosting global identity and citizenship in the process. Its roof, inside, and curved facade all mirror the movement of the water, signifying the unity of artistic expression. The intriguing reception sculpture that greets guests upon arrival blurs the distinction between art and function. Visible from a distance, a massive, sculpture-like stairway spirals upward, inviting exploration inside.
Diverse creative voices pulsate through interactive exhibition spaces inside. Immersion in international art encourages a sense of global citizenship among visitors. Natural light-flooded dedicated art studios provide residents with a safe place for artistic production and collaboration. Vibrant coworking spaces on the upper floors serve as gathering places for innovators, entrepreneurs, and creatives to network and exchange ideas. Offices on the top floors have amazing views of the waterfront, making them perfect for companies in the creative and cultural industries.
