Social innovation is the process of finding innovative and sustainable solutions to social problems. Kadıköy is also a place where people from different segments of society meet during the day. In this context, with the social innovation hub in Kadiköy, spaces were created to bring people together while producing solutions to social problems. While the seaside of the project offered both public transportation and a potential view, the courtyard detail was an important element when looking at Kadıköy in general. While aiming to attract people to the area and the courtyard from the seaside, directly related to the courtyard from these two points, city areas were created for the view with terraces of different heights and transitional glass facades. On the first floor of the venue, the community center is a space that aims to bring people together and create an intersection area, and the caffe is in direct relationship with the courtyard. As you go up to the upper floors, more private areas are created, and different events can be organized with the therapy area and conference areas. R&D studies, volunteer project activities and political processes are managed through offices and co-working spaces. It is also possible to watch the Bosphorus view from the cafe on the top floor.
