This design, which brings the people of Divrigi together to cook, dry, share, eat and celebrate together, also supports the community-based tourism movement in the district. The decrease in the number of houses with gardens in the district is also a social threat for the Divriği who spend most of their days in the garden with their neighbors. This design provides an open kitchen service every day of the year by providing all the facilities for bread making and winter food preparation activities, which is the most common reason for the people of Divrigi to come together. In addition, tourists coming to visit the district are provided to experience this culture and cuisine. The design has been shaped according to the space requirements required by the determined activities.Wooden structure is preferred also translucent polycarbonate panels are used for the drying requirements of foods on some facade.
