The project area is located in Divriği which has historical houses as one of its beautiful aspects. The local people made these buildings using their information inherited between generations on wood working and producing the construction materials. However, unfortunatelly they didnt have a place to practice these skills or use them to make more diverse products. It was the primary purpose of the design. To provide a place where people can work with wood as a hobby or for producing ornamentational constuction materials. Maybe even start earning from this expertise. The design has an exhibition and welcoming area in the enterance where local people and tourist groups can view the outcomes of the wood workshop. The second floor has a sitting place where people can have fun time as they drink coffee. The main building has the wood workshop. It is connecting to the administration part on the second floor. This second floor is designated for the locals and users of the wood workshop for education or meetings. There is also a shop building where people can purchase wooden items. The buildings define the main axis and the meeting areas in between them passively with their placement. The stucture of the building is made of gl34h which is made of wood, making it perfect choice for the function of the building.
