When examining the fields in which the companies were founded by Syrians, the fact that the highest rate is in the food sector formed the first ideas of the project. As a result of Land Use Analysis, the effect of the food industry is felt effectively in the environment. In this context, it is aimed to create a platform where people can come together through food and meet on common ground.

 

In Gaziantep, which was included in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in 2015, dedicated to its rich culinary culture, the chefs of the future will grow up with this culture, and then they will continue to keep this culture alive wherever they go in the world. 

 

Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to create a platform open to everyone who wants to learn a new language and culture by meeting new people while gaining experience in the kitchen, as well as participants who can gain economic freedom as professionals.
