Under the concept of ‘Designing Un-borderline spaces involves integrating public and private day zones to create community-oriented environments conducive to addressing anxiety and depression through social interactions and support mechanisms,’ "Renewal' is envisioned as a center dedicated to aiding individuals in overcoming anxiety. 'Renewal' is centered on a wide variety of public places that are carefully planned to encourage social interaction. Each space is crafted to support amongst visitors to promote social interaction. 'Renewal' offers specialized healing spaces, including meditation and therapy rooms. 'Renewal' aims to empower individuals to embrace personal renewal and embark on a path towards a more socially balanced life.

Renewal is not just a therapy center; it is a vibrant hub of social activities and holistic healing. The building is designed with large windows that invite natural light and provide a sense of being outdoors, even when inside. This design element fosters connection between the exterior and interior environments, enhancing the therapeutic experience. The architecture features an impressive truss system, creating a visually striking and inviting structure. The building’s design, with its blend of transparency and robust structural elements, symbolizes the bridge to wellness, offering a safe and welcoming place for individuals to connect with others.
