Although Turkey has been subjected to terrorist attacks throughout its recent history, there
is no academic answer to the questions of what a terrorist attack is and why it is carried
out in society. It has been determined that there is mass social anxiety as a result of
terrorist acts that aim to create a perception of infinity with an anonymous danger in public
areas. In this case, a reliable center design for treatment and support after terrorist attacks
was envisaged for the project concept. In the landscape we see in the plans and at the
entrance of the rendering study, it is aimed to include the user in the building piece by
piece with every 2 meters wide and 50 cm high. With the organic roof design, the design,
which is included in pieces, has a reliable perception created with a cover with soft
transitions. In the design; it was found appropriate to include therapy rooms, art therapy
area, meditation area, cafe and living areas in the building program.
