Art'Fusion Contemporary Art Center, Kayseri's art fusion center, hosts the interpretation of visual arts (such as painting, sculpture, digital art and photography) with contemporary art principles. The basic concept of design is to create a connection between different branches of art and attempt to spatialize the fusion that emerges from the unity of these branches of art. Different branches of art, different forms, materials and spaces are reinterpreted together and expressed as a fusion of contemporary art.
The fact that the land where the design is located is on the intersection axis of different parts of the city also contributes greatly to the transformation of the concept idea into spaces.
The inviting entrance axis determined in the north of the land and the social spaces around this axis (workshop, social hall, art gallery and open exhibition area) offer users many social and artistic opportunities.
Art fusion galleries, which are at the center of the design and form the intersection point of all axes coming from the city, are the part where the concept of fusion, which is the starting point of the design, is most noticeable with its form, location, material and open plan solutions. Consisting of three interlocking main masses, the fusion gallery offers visitors different experiences in the interior.
The auditorium and conference hall masses, located in the part where the view of Mount Erciyes is best read, were partially buried underground and positioned in harmony with the other masses in order to ensure the readability of the view and to be in line with the rhythm of the environment.
When viewed from a general scale, the design idea of a contemporary art center that spreads the idea of art in the center to the whole city and where many different elements are fused together appears.
