Fibe-Revolution Contemporary Art Center/Arzu Üçler
The project area is in an area close to Kayseri city square. When Kayseri environmental analysis is examined, there is a general lack of green areas in this area. While designing the project, it was aimed to bring together the scattered green areas around the starting point. In this context, considering that the main concept is a contemporary art center, LAND ART, which is the intersection of nature and contemporary art, has been the main theme and the whole story has been structured around this theme. The project area consists of 10,000 square meters. There is an auditorium building with a capacity of 1000 people, a public building (this building also includes a trade center, meeting rooms and a conference hall), design workshops, an area with exhibitions and a space consisting of theoretical classes. The aim of the mass sitting on a green axis is to maintain the balance of full and empty with greenery. Green areas in the middle areas of the masses turn into galleries on the upper floors. There are skylights designed to provide light to the green areas in this area. When looking at the overall design, biolophic design principles were used directly related to the concept. In the facade design, the decision was taken with Erciyes Mountain and tree leaves as a reference and polyurethane carbon was used.
